Service Description

We'll start the season slow and gentle with mostly seated, reclined, or hands and knees positions with options for added challenge. Yoga is meant to be fun, and that's why we play with poses to find what works best for you and your body. Practicing on the water adds an extra element of balance/stability, while also having a calming effect. Silver Lake is small with minimal boat traffic and abundant wildlife. Price is $40 with a board rental, or $25 with your own board. We also provide monthly (4 week) passes at $120 with rental or $80 with your own board. All participants will be provided with a life jacket, dry bag, water proof phone case, and other fun accessories for use.
