Service Description
Relax and let tension melt away in my studio. I'll start and finish with gentle, relaxation techniques, but will use added pressure and focused attention on the stiff and sore areas of the body, working to release tension and ease pain/discomfort.
Longer session recommended for high levels of tension or discomfort or for chronic/reoccurring pain.
*Can arrange to have a massage in your own home or space of your choosing (upon approval) for an additional $20. Please call or email if interested in this option.
